What should I be doing on my Days OFF?

There are times where we may go 2 or 3 days without practice.  There are several things you can do in the meantime to get yourself ready for the next practice and game.  Here's Coach Payton's advice:

*  Stay hydrated
*  Rest!
* Watch what you eat
*  Do your homework
*  Study for tests/quizzes
*  Do non-volleyball activities
*  Bump to the wall


Doing these things will help you come back with a fresh mind and attitude and ready to conquer the back end of our schedule!
